Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have been instructed on a Private Client Tax Semi Senior opportunity on behalf of our client, a leading Top 20 firm in their Manchester office.

This opportunity would suit a Private Client Tax professional who is ATT Part Qualified/ Qualified or may have commenced their CTA, looking to advance their career with a highly reputable firm, with plenty of flexibility and a personal progression plan.

The successful individual will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package, paid overtime, flexi time, the option of working from home and an extensive benefits package including health insurance.

Full study support will be available for the successful individual to complete the CTA Qualification, with a view to becoming a Chartered Tax Advisor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Preparation of Self Assessment tax returns
Calculating tax liabilities
Preparation of capital gains computations
Preparation of P11Ds
Identifying tax planning opportunities
Corresponding with HMRC as required
Liaising directly with clients
Assisting with ad hoc advisory work as the role develops
Dealing with client queries

Requirements:

ATT Qualified/ Part Qualified or CTA Student/ part Qualified
Minimum of 1-2 years' personal tax experience (ideally)
Practice experience is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
