Assistant Property Manager

  • Property Manager
25k + Company Car/ Allowance + bonus

Our valued client is a leading Estate Agency and Property Specialist providing the highest levels of customer care across its' extensive range of services.

They are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Manager who takes real pride in their work to join their Property Management team.

You will be a very client facing individual, as regular property inspections are a key part of this role.
Property Manager must have a minimum of 1.5 years experience.
Duties of the Property Manager would include;

  • Managing portfolio of properties
  • Dealing with deposit returns, including booking check out inspections
  • Property inspections
  • Liaising with contractors, Landlord and Tenants on a daily basis
  • Logging repairs
  • Serving section 21 notices as required.
  • Arranging gas safety's, EPCs and EICR and making sure properties all meet current regulations
