This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high performing team who work in and around Coventry delivering sign ups using our new digital technology. This is a hybrid position which has flexibility to support work life balance.

In housing you can make a real difference, the role of the Senior Lettings Advisor will involve:

  • Supporting the provision of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service.
  • Ensuring that empty properties are relet in accordance with the allocations policy and within the minimum timescales to achieve targets.
  • Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new tenants can sustain their tenancies.
  • Maintaining & developing excellent relationship with local authorities in respect of Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements.
  • Ensuring that processes work effectively to deliver a highquality service and customer satisfaction.

As
the Senior Lettings Advisor, we need you to have**:

  • Ability to communicate clearly, excellent spoken and written skills to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to manage, organise and prioritise workload.
  • High selfmotivation who acts with integrity and shows drive and enthusiasm.

  • Experience of working in a social housing environment in a similar or related role.
  • Knowledge and understanding of working best practise in allocations, lettings and void management.
