Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting an Electrician for a permanent role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its electrical team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. Working in the London Area.

Our client is offering clearly mapped out career progression, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to undertake paid training to gain additional electrical qualifications and develop their skills and experience.

Primary Job Functions

The primary job role is to carry out communal lighting upgrade/ replacement works.
Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual emergency lighting tests where required.
Replace failed equipment, Lamps, battery, ballasts, gear trays, fittings etc. (first time rectification if under self- certified limit)
To Deliver excellent customer service
To undertake any training provided by the company
To support any business change for the benefit of the company.

Qualifications

City and Guilds level 3 electrotechnical qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
A working knowledge of BS
Asbestos Awareness
