    Description
    Registered Childrens Home Manager, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

    Benefits
    • £45-£55K per annum, £1500 Registration Bonus.
    • £500 per year attendance bonus.
    • £1500 per year Occupancy Bonus.
    • £1000 / £1500 Ofsted Good / Outstanding Bonus.
    • 35 Days holiday per year, inclusive of bank Holidays.
    Employer
    You would be joining a newly opening home owned by a Social Worker & Teaching Professional who really want to make a difference to looked after children at the highest standard. The Residential Home has been extensively renovated and is close to lots of local amenities. This children's service provides support to 3 children aged between 8 and 17 with Emotional Behaviour Difficulties EBD. As this is a brand-new service you will have the autonomy to manage the home from the outset.

    Criteria
    • Experience of working with Children in a Residential Setting.
    • Minimum of Level 3 Children & Young People or equivalent.
    • Experience at Supervisory or Management level.
    • Car Driver.
    • Excellent understanding of Ofsted and relevant regulations.
    • Ideal for a Deputy Manager wanting to Manage their first home.
