    ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED SALES ADMINISTRATOR WITH SAGE SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE?

    Sales Administrator required for a well established company who are in an exciting phase of growth. They can offer a varied role and progression opportunities for the successful applicant and this could be the stepping stone for a very successful career for a hard-working and motivated individual.

    The role would suit applicants from ANY sales administration background. Applicants must have good administration skills, customer service skills and candidates with experience using SAGE will have a considerable advantage, this is not necessary. You must be PC Literate. Candidates who have previous experience working within a fast paced manufacturing setting will have a considerable advantage and are encouraged to apply.

    The role is varied. You will be the sales point of contact for customers, taking orders, processing orders on the system, communicating lead times and dealing with customer queries. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing quotations and costings/estimations. You will liaise with other departments to ensure that customer order requirements are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner. You will liaise with haulage and transportation companies for the dispatch/export of goods both within the UK and further afield. You will also be responsible for credit control and to chase any outstanding debt and carry out reporting on weekly and monthly cashflow forecasts.

    The Sales Administrator Role:
    *Sales point of contact for customers
    *Taking orders, processing order, communicating lead times etc
    *Dealing with customer queries
    *Preparing quotations and costing estimates
    *Liaison between different departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
    *Liaison with hauliers for transport of goods. Including filling out export documentation
    *Credit control, chasing of debt and creating weekly and monthly cashflow forecasts.
    *Creation of sales statistics

    The Sales Administrator:
    *Can transfer from ANY sales/sales administration background
    *Will ideally have experience with SAGE software
    *Applicants who have experience working within manufacturing will have considerable advantage
    *Must be PC Literate and have good experience with Microsoft packages.
