Role Overview:


Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) is looking for an experienced IT business analyst who will be responsible for responsible for liaising with cross-discipline teams in-country and in-region to contribute to continuous investigation of business financialperformance and other measures to gain insight, drive business planning and deliver ongoing support and management of CTI recovery financials.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the EMEA regional technology forecasting with business teams, global Service and Product Management, and regional and incountry Finance teams.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis, compare actual consumption versus prior month versus Plan. Relay cost and volume variance analysis to business and finance teams for attention and issue resolution.
  • Monitor actual inventory consumption. Provide improved visibility of technology volume consumption trends. Identifying growth and decline trends. Compare inventory consumption to plan and outlooks and propose plan adjustments where required.
  • Partner with the Finance Planning & Analysis team for Outlook adjustments, budget transfers, and multiyear forecast adjustments.
  • Support continued progression and maturation of business processes and systems to enhance financial transparency initiatives whilst reducing manual touch points.
  • Respond to control, audit and regulatory requests as required. Ensure proactive approach and partnership to audit management

Skills & qualities:


  • Builds long term relationships with clients by putting their interests first.
  • Prior experience in executing business as usual operational processes, particularly those that involve finance and technology volume analysis.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail pays particular attention to detail and accurate data/work.
  • Experience structuring and leading work and driving consensus across teams comprised of diverse groups of senior stakeholders.
  • Prior experience using financial reporting systems (e.g. financial reporting, business data analysis).
  • Adaptability flexible approach and attitude to role specifics, must be willing to adapt to needs & demands of business.
  • Seeks opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications / background:


  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Background in billing operations, information technology, business analysis.
  • Prior exposure to technology infrastructure products is highly beneficial.
