    About You

    The Tech Lead is a key leadership role, setting the technical direction for the team and, as a line manager, guiding them toward both technical and personal excellence. They work closely with Delivery Managers to help coordinate the team's activities while maintaining a high-quality team output that aligns with the wider iVendi architectural vision.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Set technical direction and provide technical guidance
    • Anticipate technical change
    • Act as a role model and provide mentorship
    • Promote agile best practice
    • Promote cross-functionality
    • Develop a deep understanding of architecture
    • Contribute to wider business initiatives
    • Help coordinate the team activities

    Skills should include:

    • Experience with Microsoft stack including.NET Core
    • Containerisation experience
    • Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    • A good understanding of Solid development practices
    • Understanding of event sourcing (beneficial)

    We're remote first in our Product and Tech teams but still see value in collaboration via in-person sessions. These are typically once a month in Manchester with quarterly travel to our HQ in North Wales.
