    We are looking for a mid level designer to join our experienced and passionate in-house design team, designing a range of promotional and retail products. The role involves both graphic and 3D product design.

    About the role:

    • Immerse yourself in clients' objectives to translate their needs into product concepts and designs.
    • Work closely with and present to clients to ensure their visions are captured accurately.
    • Build presentations and other visual marketing tools to support project pitches.
    • Conduct research and create innovative ideas to develop new product concepts that meet client needs.
    • Visualise and refine concepts by creating both 2D and 3D visuals.
    • Create detailed and accurate graphic and 3D files for manufacturing products.
    • Exhibit initiative, driving projects forward with strategic direction, creative insight and a commercial mindset.
    • Support and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge to enhance team competency and confidence.
    • Coordinate effectively with Account Managers, Buyers, and Project Managers to ensure a collaborative approach.
    • Commit to high-quality standards across all design projects, pushing creative boundaries and striving to exceed expectations.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, leveraging fresh insights to keep our work relevant and deliver the best for our clients.
    • Maintain a proactive approach, proposing new ideas that elevate the department's capabilities and, ultimately, our client's experience.

    Required Skills:

    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
    • Experience with Rhinoceros (or similar), Keyshot/Adobe Dimension, and Zbrush (or similar).
    • Strong visualisation and development skills for 3D models.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

    • Illustration, animation, or product photography skills are a plus.
