Our amazing #TeamInchbrae in Aberdeen are on the lookout for two new part-time *female colleagues on a permanent part-time (12 and 24 hours per week) basis.


Our 12 hour post will involve working one Waking Night shift per week and the 24 hour post will involve working two Waking Night shifts per week from hours. Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an agreed standard waking night payment of £20 per night.


The Role


You'll become part of a team who supports three ladies, all with various learning and physical disabilities to live in their own home.

You'll feel right at home there There's a lovely homely feel and they also have an amazing sensory room built in.


As part of our Waking Night team, your main aim will be to ensure that the ladies have access to support and assistance during the night if needed.

In addition to providing support, your responsibilities will include maintaining a high level of cleanliness, creating & maintaining our rota system, managing finance returns and administrative support.


About You


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need if you're successful.

We'll even put you through your SVQ qualification too


All we'll need you to bring is: -

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual the shift pattern for this role is hours.


  • Although this is a waking night post, we will need you to have flexibility to attend mandatory training during the day and build relationships with the individuals that we support, however, we will give you advanced notice of the dates and times.
