Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Patient Services Team Members.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and resolving enquiries or concerns.
If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and be first point of contact at our GP surgeries
- Assisting patients with making appointments through telephone calls and our online triage system
- Klinik, prescription request and any other queries
Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE level or higher
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Holds a full UK driving licence, as travel to other sites may be needed

Job Type:
Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay:
£11.70 per hour
Expected hours: 23.5 per week
