Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Patient Services Team Members.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and resolving enquiries or concerns.

Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming patient calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and be first point of contact at our GP surgeries
  • Assisting patients with making appointments through telephone calls and our online triage system
  • Klinik, prescription request and any other queries

Requirements:


  • Minimum GCSE level or higher
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Holds a full UK driving licence, as travel to other sites may be needed

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
£11.70 per hour

Expected hours: 23.5 per week
