We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Duties:


  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing
  • Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Provide support and guidance to customers through various face to face channels
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary:
From £23,875.00 per hour
