Description
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team.As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing
- Sell products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Provide support and guidance to customers through various face to face channels
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary:
From £23,875.00 per hour
