Description
A qualified Chief Financial Officer with either ACCA / ACA or CIMA is needed to join the team at this award-winning print management and IT solutions provider based in Newark.
You will work closely with the Board of Directors, attending monthly Board Meetings where you will provide financial details, opinions and advice with regard to all Company matters, and you will be heavily involved in the strategic direction of the Company.

They bring the latest Printer, Telephone, and IT Systems to the workplace, backed by their expertise, integrity, and proven after-sales service.
About the Role
You will oversee the financial element of their acquisition strategy, including investigating and presenting funding options, having involvement in pre-acquisition due diligence and thereafter influencing the integration strategy.
You will need to have an exceptional level of IT competence in order to continuously review functional procedures and then use the extensive in-house software systems to automate manual procedures to provide ongoing efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line Management Responsibilities for the existing Finance Team Members
- Responsibility for the production of the audited accounts for all Group Companies
- Be responsible for all banking activities, including ownership of the relationship
- Production of accurate monthly management accounts and MI
- Cash management and cash flow forecasting, including: Ensuring cash collection procedures are implemented and followed, Ensuring supplier payments are managed appropriately, and Ownership of key supplier relationships to ensure suitable credit limits areavailable
- Preparation of annual budgets
Required Experience:
- ACCA / ACA / CIMA
- Industry Experience having successfully held a similar position previously
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Be confident enough to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to become a key part of the team, both professionally and through the creation of strong relationships with the Directors and highly competent company family members
