Salary:
£15 p/h (Umbrella)
Start Date:
ASAP
Shift Pattern: 36 hours / Full-time
DUTIES
- Managing a shared mailbox and learning management system functionality.
- Working with both internal and external training providers to arrange learning events.
- Promoting learning events, monitoring engagement, coordinating participant correspondence and any necessary actions following programme delivery.
- Using digital systems to record learning event details and maintain accurate employee training records.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience working within the nonprofit sector or a similar organisation.
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role or equivalent.
- The role carries a varied workload, and so the ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments is essential.
- You must be able to deliver good customer service remotely and be able to communicate well verbally and in writing.
