Description

  • Own the relationship between your portfolio of clients, fostering positive relationships to strengthen ties between our agency and our customers
  • Manage contract renewals ahead of time to ensure retention and provide ongoing committed MRR
  • Support other account leads with Executive/Juniorlevel support on their accounts
  • Work with Client Services Manager to resource tasks for clients and manage the delivery of those tasks
  • Via analysis and insight, constantly look for opportunities to enhance our positioning as experts to our clients through, and opportunities to increase their spends or sell them more products
  • Support the Sales team and the Strategic Marketing Director in the production of new business, upsell and renewal proposals for marketing prospects and clients
  • Generate a deep understanding of our client businesses, their strategic goals and their ways of working
  • Act as client champion and become the key link between Brave and our clients
  • Manage the delivery of planned tasks for our clients
Responsibilities

  • Retention keeping our clients

  • Upsell increasing spends from existing clients
  • As measured by number of accounts grown, and incremental revenue generated
  • Cross sell selling more products to existing clients
  • As measured by average number of productsperclient, and incremental revenue generated
  • Client happiness monitoring customer satisfaction and acting on concerns
  • As measured by quarterly client NPS survey results
  • Client delivery ensuring we do what we plan
  • As measured by % of tasks completed, adherence to strategy plans, and +/ delta between planned hours and delivered hours
