Our well-established client based in Batley and are now seeking a
Telesales Executive to assist with their continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a high attention to detail and is hungry to succeed.

As the successful Telesales Executive your duties will include:

Dealing with incoming queries
Generating new leads and quoting potential customers
Calling warm and cold leads to generate business
Build a rapport with customers
Account management
Forward planning and being organised in your daytoday tasks

Skills:

Sales experience preferred but not essential as long as you have a solid customer service background
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent IT and customer service skills
Strong telephone manner
Can work on your own initiative as well as within a team environment
Be a motivated individual

To be successful in this Telesales Executive role you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In return you will receive a basic salary of up to £20,000 with an OTE of £30,000 per annum depending on performance
