Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses with a minimum of 12 months experience to work in Bangor, North Wales. As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, progress notes, and treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance as required.
Stay updated with current nursing practices and participate in professional development activities.
Requirements:
Valid registration as a General Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse, in a hospital setting.
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to provide quality care.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
