Job description

If you have a passion for marketing, communication, data and fundraising, this is a brilliant opportunity to use your skills, creativity, and enthusiasm.

This will be a 12 month FTC.


What you'll be doing


You will provide strategic fundraising and campaign management to the whole Supporter-Led Fundraising (Challenge Events & Community Fundraising) providing interface with key dependant teams to build effective campaigns and marketing activity for supporter-led fundraising activities.


You will also have to provide strategic support to supporter-led fundraising team, helping to devise marketing campaigns and plans with key dependant teams such as Brand, Digital.

Social Media etc. No line management responsibilities will be required for this role.


What you'll need to succeed in this role


You'll need marketing and budgetary experience as the role will have responsibility of overseeing and working with supporter-led fundraising product owners within the supporter-led team and the Head of department.

Significant knowledge and experience of developing annual and multi-year supporter-led campaigns and marketing activity plans and priorities.

As well as streamlining marketing activity as needed and ensuring there is frequent insight and analysis brought to marketing activity, using a constant test and learn approach.


This role can be worked on a hybrid basis with a requirement to attend our London office based near Kings Cross at least once a week.

There will also be the option to attend events outside of your regular working hours but this will not be essential.
