Main responsibilities of the role:

Ensure primary transaction execution of both Loan and HY meets investors' and Natixis' requirements.
Leads key discussions/negotiations with investors with a view to develop sales & trades and other cross selling opportunities
Plan and organise client meetings, establishing high level contacts at clients.
Develop knowledge of clients and their needs.
Wellversed in the primary and secondary markets for Leveraged Loans and High Yield Bonds
Able to manage multiple primary deals at once
Strong negotiator, communicator and team player
Understanding of the FCA's Statements of Principles and Code of Practice.
Selfmotivated, dynamic, flexible and able to work effectively under pressure
