Enterprise Risk Management & Assurance Specialist
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function is vital to ensure that risk management supports business decisions effectively and consistently.
ERM covers various risks from operational activities to project management and strategy delivery.
Enterprise Assurance oversees all formal assurance aspects in our business, providing a flexible framework for meeting assurance requirements systematically and integrating activities using the 3 Lines Model of Assurance.
This role involves managing the Enterprise Risk Management System at Group level and Enterprise Assurance Management Systems locally, incorporating data analytics, reporting, and the use of AI to enhance the delivery of risk and assurance management across Nuclear Waste Services (NWS).
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills to influence colleagues in upholding standards.
This position is a new addition to the team, bridging the gap between risk & assurance teams, and involving exciting duties such as data analytics, reporting, AI, and Power BI.
