We have an exciting opportunity within our Speech and Language Therapy Team (Adults) Central Area (Conwy and Denbighshire) working within our Speech and Language Therapy Stroke team.


The post holder will develop a specialism in stroke, working across acute stroke (Glan Clwyd Hospital) and stroke rehabilitation (Llandudno Hospital) as part of the multi-disciplinary stroke team and will be supported to complete post-graduate dysphagia training.


The post offersopportunities for CPD, clinical supervision, skills sharing, personal development and service development - all whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings that Conwy and Denbighshire have to offer.
