    So do you have experience in developing, executing, measuring and optimising email marketing and digital campaigns? Are you well versed in conversion rate optimisation, content syndication and SEM? Can you be a strong collaborator while working in a cross functional team? We have a new role within the marketing team and we are looking for you.

    The ideal candidate will create, plan and execute integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition in net new accounts with the goal of rapidly building leads, pipeline and revenue. The position is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the skills necessary to build the long-term vision for multi-touch customer journeys as well as the day-to-day operations of running multiple campaigns with a keen eye towards performance KPIs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
    • Monitor and optimise campaigns and programs, including A/B testing strategies
    • Develop/manage customer personas and know their buying preferences by verticals and territories
    • Assist in content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle
    • Work alongside digital marketing manager and collaborate with other relevant teams, like sales and product, to develop and enhance strategies and build effective support programs, such as sales enablement
    • Identify new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
    • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
    • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordingly
    • Deliver performance related reports to key stakeholders.

    You're a fit for this role if you are passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a strong bias to data-driven action. In addition, you should also possess:

    • 3-5 years' experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, or campaign management
    • Expertise in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, conversion rate optimisation, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, paid digital, webinars, direct mail, etc
    • Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and measuring effective lead nurture programs
    • An analytical and data-driven mindset – comfortable using analytics to measure every aspect of the conversion funnel, identify opportunities, and report out on performance
    • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
    • Command of marketing strategy fundamentals including buyer personas, buying journey, competitive positioning, funnel stages, buying groups, 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM, etc.
    • Proactive communicator; able to comfortably communicate plans to marketing leadership, as well as other stakeholders/leaders within the organisation
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ask questions and track down answers with confidence, and lead projects/programs with minimal direction
    • A growth mindset that values experimentation and learning over perfection
