    About Us

    Eurovia Specialist Treatments (EST) prides itself on collaborating with Asset Managers to improve the UK's network of highways over the past 30 years. From local authorities to Tier 1 Contractors, EST have developed processes and products to ensure our self-delivered Micros Surfacing and Surface Dressing processes offer market leading quality and minimal disruption for the public. We also offer digital design, airfield and specialist surfacing solutions.

    Eurovia Specialist Treatments (EST) are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee activities in our south west region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Contract Manager will be responsible for

    Duties

    • Build and maintain valuable client relationships with all internal and external clients across the region. These include local authorities, National Highways and Tier 1 Contractors
    • Responsible for the day to day operation of contracts and direct control of Supervisors, Agents, Permit Coordinator and Supply Chain Partners.
    • Set up and monitor the various programmes required to deliver works.
    • Create a business unit culture that ensures all employees feel valued, empowered and motivated to deliver a profitable business that is highly respected by all stakeholders for its quality of service delivery and professionalism
    • Produce budget forecasts throughout the year, deliver against budgets, turnover, profitability and ensure payments are made within agreed timescales.
    • Support the Operations Manager in achieving commercial, safety and productivity targets for the region.
    • Assist the Operations Manager with seeking business development opportunities within the region
    • Liaise with the Fleet and Plant department when and where necessary.

    Person Specification

    • Previous experience working as a Manager in a Specialist Contracting, surfacing or a Highways related role is essential.
    • Thorough understanding of full P&L responsibility
    • A formal qualification in a construction or civil engineering related subject is advantageous
