Reed are partnering with a prestigious educational institution, located in Oxford to recruit for a Business Development Officer to support the Business Development manager on a wider range of two or three related programmes.

Due to a secondment within theteam this role would be for a period of 3 months.

You will assist in planning and implementing the recruitment strategy of a specific portfolio of programmes working with marketing colleagues to produce a schedule of activities to generate leads for the programmes using specialist knowledge of the programmeand its target audience.

Applicants will have a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role with good communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.

You will have first rate interpersonal skills (both oral and written) and an enthusiasm for meetingpeople and a cross-cultural awareness.

Strong IT and data skills are a must as is the ability to use CRM systems ideally Salesforce. Hybrid working is available.
