Quoting, binding, renewing and taking payments for policies
Handling inbound /outbound calls and correspondence pertaining to new business and retentions
Complete quotations over the phone by actively listening
Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
Working to financial targets
Knowledge within the commercial insurance industry would be an advantage, but an ambitious customer service/ hunter attitude is vital
A desire to develop new business
