    Job Description

    Contentious Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive, £60- 75k doe, London Bridge, hybrid + excellent benefits, London Bridge.

    The salary will be commensurate with experience and the advertised salary is a guide only.

    The role:

    You will be working as part of a team with Partners, fee-earners, trainees and support staff and main duties will include:

    • Managing a caseload of contentious probate matters with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Manage a full range of contentious probate claims, including trustee disputes, will challenges and family provision.
    • Legal research and providing strategic advice to clients.
    • She will be involved with business development and supporting marketing initiatives eg: events, networking, posting on social media, etc.
    • Ability to delegating to junior staff and supporting them.

    • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5+ years PQE in contentious probate work. The salary will be commensurate with experience and the advertised salary is a guide only.
