- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housing Disrepair Litigator.
- Qualified solicitor/Legal Executive. Ideally gained litigation experience over a period of 3 years.
- Competent Civil Litigator
- Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle a busy caseload effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
