Job Responsibilities:
We offer flexible agreements for 8-16 hours per week based on your experience and career objectives. You'll be responsible for conducting fitness sessions, participating in gym activities, leading group classes, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Your focus will be on driving new memberships, enhancing customer retention, and promoting additional products to boost revenue. Maintaining high cleanliness standards and upholding the brand's image are essential requirements. As you expand your client base, you can increase your PT earnings potential by reducing your gym floor hours.
