We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a successful and expanding company based in Bolton. Working in modern, state of the art offices you will also benefit from a salary of £22,308 with free onsite parking and excellent benefits.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
Working as part of a phone based customer service team, you will be assisting customers with technical queries around the company's technical products


Duties will inculde:

  • Investigating customer issues
  • Requesting maintenance visits for the maintenance contractors
  • Coordinating annual maintenance visits
  • Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports of support activity
  • Notifying managers of any issues
  • Liaising with onsite engineers to solve issues

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous phone based customer service experience
  • IT support experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Great communication skills
