Your Story
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in the North West region, providing support and cover for the Sales Executive's across all our North West sites.
This role will involve progressing reservations through to exchange to meet and exceed sales and legal targets whilst providing the highest quality of customer experience. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by achieving targets according to business plan and enhancing customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who lives in Lancashire, has experience in managing a new build development and progressing sales within timescales, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work alone in a fast paced environment. This role involves travelling to sites across the North West region so you will require a full driving license.
The working hours are Thurs to Mon 10.30am to 5.30pm including Bank Holidays.
