Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Benefits
A newly created opportunity has arisen in the South Wales area to work for a rapidly expanding Utilities organisation.

Due to unprecedented growth they require a Project Management Accountant to support the Project Controller with existing and up and comingprojects within the group.


Assisting the project controller in production and timely reporting of the management accounts and project level analysis reporting on a period-by-period basis.


Key responsibilities include:

1) Meeting month end deadlines to allow timely review of the month end

2) Identify any issues during month end

3) Working with the business to deliver budgets

4) Preparation of all site costings

5) Project costings and supporting finance with findings

6) Reporting on key P&L and balance sheet variances

7) Manage the fixed asset register

8) Inputting key data into the project ledger and ensuring high level of accuracy at all times

9) Allocating any unallocated invoices to Xero


The role can be demanding and therefore requires an individual who can take the initiative, and liaise with strong characters throughout the business.

You will be numerical in approach, possess excellent communication skills and be fully conversant in MicrosoftExcel to Intermediate/advanced stage. There will be occasional travel to other sites, therefore someone who is happy to commute is vital.
