    Title: Clinical Research Coordinator - Biomedical

    Salary: Paying up to $120,000 + Benefits

    Location: Remote - requires travel to clinical locations around the US

    Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a leading Spinal Surgery Solutions based organization to identify a hungry individual to support with all aspects of their clinical research to provide the best surgical solutions and products for the top Orthopedic Surgeons who specialise in spinal surgery across the country.

    With this role, you will get chance to sit at the table with the best Surgeons in the US and be part of a bigger movement to provide the best level care via in depth research and analysis. They are a small and nimble organization so no idea is too small from any member of the team. This role will be reporting directly into the President with opportunity to learn and grow into a bigger role in the future.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • You will coordinate daily research activities, alongside the Orthopedic teams/Surgeons , assisting where required to set up and manage clinical research trials and directing questions to the right individuals where needed.
    • Scheduling appointments for clinical trial candidates, internal meetings for surgeons and rescheduling clinical hours.
    • Conduct research for upcoming trials to provide support for surgeons and gather data to help with clinical proposal and publication write ups.
    • Support with the marketing process of the organizations products, with scientific data to back up the solution from previous and upcoming research trials.
    • Help and guide, where needed surgeons to produce in-depth medical white papers for educational and marketing purposes.

    Key Requirements:

    • Must have a PhD in Biomedical Sciences or Medical research field. Bone Biology or Orthopedic Mechanics would be a huge plus.
    • Be comfortable working closely with high functioning Orthopedic Surgeons and understand what is priority and what can wait within the research and scheduling field.
    • Had previous experience supporting and adapting Medical Research Papers and identifying data requirements to gather to aid in the efficient write up and publication.
    • Previous experience marketing surgical products post research would be a huge plus.
    • Ability to travel quarterly around the US and comfortable communicating with various levels of individuals from business executives to Surgical staff.
