What you'll be responsible for

• Administering IT systems, with a focus on Windows Server, VMWare, Baramundi, VEEAM
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and networks
• Providing technical support and resolving IT-related queries for users
• Actively contributing to IT project planning, execution, and monitoring to drive continuous infrastructure enhancement
• Documenting IT infrastructures and processes
• Managing IT support for three Bavarian locations, overseeing IT tasks, support requests, and projects on-site

Your qualifications matter

• Completion of IT specialist training in system integration or equivalent
• Broad IT knowledge
• Proficiency in hardware and software configuration
• Problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong communication abilities to simplify technical concepts and facilitate teamwork
• Fluency in written and spoken German
• Willingness to occasionally visit our various sites
