    Job Description:

    Join Us as a Senior Mechanical Engineer

    • Lead diverse design teams throughout project lifecycles
    • Cultivate strong client relationships and devise cutting-edge solutions
    • Develop innovative designs for handling alpha-emitting materials
    • Provide expert mechanical engineering insights and ensure top-quality documentation
    • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and various engineering disciplines
    • Participate in plant/site visits, engage with colleagues, and deliver exceptional work

    Qualifications:

    Relevant Mechanical Engineering Degree
    Chartered Engineer status (preferred)
    Experience in regulated industries, particularly nuclear
    Leadership abilities to oversee small design teams and steer project completion
    Strong communication skills to liaise across specialized areas with ease
    Proficiency in safety principles, technical documentation, and relevant software

    Additional Details:

    UK security clearance eligibility required
    Minimum 3 days office presence
