External Cleaner

Monday - Friday (50 hour weeks)

£28,600 + lucrative performance-based bonus scheme

Our client focuses their attention on property transformation.

They hold a high standard of cleaning quality, covering a wide range of cleaning techniques for many clients with differing requirements.

They have gathered a good reputation in Southampton and the surrounding areas and expect any individual given the opportunity, to maintain and develop their reputation.


As an External Cleaner, you will be sufficiently trained into an individual who can complete the tasks asked of you to a very high standard.

For this position you do not need prior experience within the industry, however my client does want someone with a keen attitude to learn, develop their skills and thrive in their environment.


Responsibilities

  • Sufficiently completing cleaning tasks to a high standard
  • These tasks could include, but are not limited to steam cleaning roofs, pressure washing floor tiles, chemically washing render, window cleaning, emptying guttering and washing down plastics
  • Potentially undertaking DIY tasks
  • These could include, but are not limited to gutter replacements, fascia replacements, repointing and some carpentry related tasks

Qualifications

  • Full UK drivers licence is required
  • DIY experience would be preferred but not essential
  • The ability to pass an enhanced DBS check
  • A positive attitude with the desire to learn and develop new skills whilst maintaining a sociable character
  • Showing characteristics of a team player with good teamwork skills

From £28,600.00 per year
