The Intelligent Insight Lead will Water Recycling Networks to fully understand and satisfy the data needs of Water Recycling Network Assets to be able to make conscious decisions around asset risk.

This role will work alongside our Asset Data Intelligence and Performance Teams to understand what data is needed to be able to make insights and generate understanding from data to provide an accurate and up to date view of assets and risk.

You'll look at what data is currently available, to understand where they may be data gaps, and work with wider teams to understand what data is available to bridge any gaps and support the Water Recycling Networks team with having a holistic view of assets, and performance to manage risk intelligently.

This role will also act on behalf of Water Recycling Networks to understand where we may be better able to exploit data or systems intelligence, and understand how we can prioritise asset intelligence data and systems to release capacity and efficiency to drive performance across Water Recycling Networks.

Strong communicator at all levels, including the ability to negotiate with senior managers and the ability to project technical information using simple language
The ability to assess risks and make decisions with incomplete information
Flexibility and commitment to achieve project outcomes within a collaborative team environment
Strong sense of courage and curiosity to do the right thing and seek understanding
Able to inspire people to have the confidence to deliver consistently leading performance against a backdrop of increasing demands and tighter economic as well as environmental standards
