As the Lead Developer, you will be responsible for guiding a team of 3-5 developers, overseeing the effective development and deployment of a PHP front end coupled with a MySQL backend running on Ubuntu.
Guide and motivate a team of 3-5 developers to attain project objectives.Facilitate routine team meetings and offer direction on project priorities.
Project Management:
Create and administer project timelines, guaranteeing the achievement of milestones.
Work closely with stakeholders to delineate project requirements and goals.
Demonstrate robust skills in PHP for front-end development.
Expertise in the design and administration of MySQL databases.
Optimize the system for performance, scalability, and security.
Engage with senior management to synchronize development endeavours with the overarching business strategy.
Offer insights on technology decisions in harmony with the organization's long-term vision.
Forge close partnerships with UI/UX designers for the implementation of an intuitive and user-friendly interface.
Coordinate with system administrators for deployment and server maintenance.
Quality Assurance:
Enforce best practices for quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and Ubuntu server administration.
Background in front-end technologies, encompassing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
