Hunter Masons client are currently recruiting for a Site Manager in Bethnal Green on a full time permanent basis.

As a Site Manger you will be expected to oversee a Project in terms of production, Quality and Heath & Safety.

You will be responsible for progress and reporting back to the company. You will co-ordinate between all interested parties and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications - 3 Year's experience at least of a supervisory/junior management role, SMSTS (5-day course), First Aid at work and preferable NVQ level 4 equivalent qualifications/experience.

Qualities/Personal Skills -

Problem solving:
Are able to identify problems before they arise and find a solution. Can react to any emergency and can resolve as soon as humanly possible.

Able to read drawings and find any technical issues and raise RFI's in good time before they become an issue.

Forward planning:

Ensuring that labour, subcontractors and materials are organised beforehand and are able to prepare short term programme and monitor the works against that programme.

Conscientious:
Will monitor works to ensure compliance to specification, relevant standards and good working practice.

Ensure works are productive and labour is putting in a reasonable effort to complete works to budget and time without undue waste.

Honest:
Will carry out their roles and responsibilities with interests of their Employer to whom they represent.

Communication:
Fully able to converse with all interested parties, labour, subcontractors, Client representatives, designers and general public.

Salary k per annum

£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
