- Offering expert legal advice to clients on a range of corporate matters including mergers/acquisitions and disposal of assets or shares, investments, sale and purchase agreements, management buy-ins/-outs, joint ventures, succession planning, business structures, banking/finance, corporate governance and business start-ups.
- Collaborate closely with clients and play a key role in managing corporate transactions.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and appropriate legal documents.
- Support team and firm growth through coordinating and engaging in business development activities.
