The individual will be someone who is able to deliver appropriately delegated commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme as a member of the 0-19 public health nursing service. Working as a team player, your role will include identifying health needs with children and families and in agreement with the Health Visitor, plan, deliver and review appropriate and evidence-based interventions to improve outcomes for children and families.
