    Client isseeking a project coordinator. To manage and coordinate the ITGovernance project intake process.

    General Description and ClassificationStandards

    Duties and Responsibilities:Coordinates IT project related activities that support projectgovernance for onboarding of new projects managing project updatesand status reporting. Ensures company resources are utilizedappropriately. Manages the monthly preparation and support to allgovernance board meetings. Compiles project status reportscoordinates project schedules manages project review board meetingsand identifies and resolves technical problems. Coordinates projectactivities and ensures all project phases are documentedappropriately. Familiar with standard concepts practices andprocedures within the Project Management field. Relies onexperience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs avariety of tasks. A degree of creativity and latitude is required.Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide analytical and administrative supportto Manager in executing assigned projects.
    • Monitor project progress and success assess risks andhazards to the success of the project and take appropriate measuresfor avoidanceissues and risks log.
    • Documentproject progress project file project log stage gates.
    • Present and document interim results cooperate withmanagement customers project review boards and steeringcommittees.
    • Manage and set up for allGovernance Board Meetings (PRB ARB and SteeringCommittees).
    • Assess potential issues andaccordingly develop resolutions.
    • Interact withvarious teams to coordinate project activities.
    • Maintains continuity of work operations by documentingand communicating needed actions to management; discoveringirregularities; determining continuing needs Assist in projectdesign and development activities.
    • Work withManager in change order management project tracking and documentcontrol activities.
    • Attend project meetingsand followup with outstanding tasks.
    • Developproject reports for management and clients.
    • Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely andaccurate manner.
    • Oversee projectcorrespondences and prepare and review project related emailsletters proposals memos meeting minutes and otherdocuments.
    • Review contract requirements andprocess invoices in timely manner working with the AIM businessoffice.
    • Hand over project results draw upfinal project report.

    Experience/Requirements

    Well qualified candidates will have the following skillsand experience: 35 years of experience in the same or similarposition (recent project coordinator administrative coordinatorposition and/or training). Strong written and verbal communicationskills organizational skills strong leadership skills ability tomanage a diverse workload ability to track and monitor multiplework activities ability to direct and lead the work of othershighly accountable to assigned work producing high qualitydeliverables and meeting deadlines. Entry level knowledge of MSProject Professional and SharePoint. Entry level knowledge ofproject management practices.
