Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals and target audience
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including images, videos, and written content for social media channels, websites and other digital platforms
• Manage social media accounts and web page, including posting, scheduling and analysing performance to optimize growth and engagement
• Collaborate with other team members to develop crosschannel campaigns and marketing initiatives
• Stay uptodate with social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective
• Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Visiting sites to undertake drone footage, videos and photography.
• Manage photography and video production, including editing and postproduction work
• Work closely with our charity partners to coordinate, lead and deliver volunteering and fundraising opportunities.
• Work closely with the management team to coordinate CSR projects internally to support volunteer recruitment and the delivery of different CSR events
• Keeping the CSR page uptodate on the intranet
• Promote and represent CSR events and develop case studies and presentations

Essential requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in photography and video production, including editing and postproduction work
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices, which will include, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and You Tube
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and strategic thinking with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
• Dynamic, eager to learn and able to work as part of an energetic and outgoing team
• Experience with content management systems and social media scheduling tools
• Must be flexible and willing to work occasionally outside core business hours as required, such as for the purposes of CSR events
• Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
• Full UK driving license

Experience:

Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

• Photography: 1 year (preferred)
• Videography: 1 year (preferred)
• Portfolio of social media projects completed (preferred)
• Relevant experience in CSR

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 25 per week
