Lettings Negotiator/ Senior Lettings Negotiator

Salary:
Up to £24,000 basic salary, tiered commission structure up to 20%, £55,000-£60,000 OTE
Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of our globally recognised commercial clients.

We're looking for an exceptional Lettings Negotiator who is passionate about property and takes pride in delivering the highest service levels 100% of the time.

Ideally you will need a minimum of 2 years experience for the Lettings Negotiator role and 4+ years of experience for the Senior Lettings Negotiator role.

Main duties

Qualifying new applicants
Arranging and carryingout viewings
Providing a firstclass service to all stake holders
Ensuring clients' expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them.
Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
Managing the process from an offer being agreed to Tenancy Agreements being signed, through to movein
