    Description

    We are supporting a fashion retailer in their search for a Buying and Merchandising Trading Assistant to join their Cambridgeshire Head Office.

    The brand is going from strength to strength and have successfully carved themselves a niche in the market. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Merchandising Admin Assistant to grow in their career.


    Key responsibilities include:


    Managing intake into the warehouse, ensuring collections are received in time for launchesLiaise directly with international factories and freight forwarders, negotiating costs Setting up stock on back office systemsActioning Monday trade reporting, covering line cards, covers by size, sell throughs Manage website visual merchandising across the brands 3 main territories Forecasting sales and stock level to achieve sale plans and margin/profit for the departmentMonitoring the department performance and identifying opportunities and highlighting risksWorking closely with the Buying team, assisting with admin and adhoc tasksAssist with range planning, line card management and WSSIThe successful candidate will:Currently be a Merchandise Admin Assistant Be confident in ExcelHave experience working in a fashion brandBe a quick learner and able to work within a dynamic team, adapting to the daily needs of the teamBe commercially minded, with excellent analytic skills and high attention to detailThe role is hybrid, with a minimum of one day working from the brands Cambridgeshire Head Office.
