We are looking for a motivated and experienced Smart Buildings Technology Lead to join Ambio on a temporary basis.

_ Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience_

Lead the deployment of our inhouse tools to provide smart technology recommendations to our Asset, Development and Fund management teams for buildings across multiple asset classes (commercial, residential, logistics).
Steer the transformation of assets / portfolios with smart building technology by recommending bespoke technology stacks, validating designs, planning and costing of systems.
Play a key role in the development of our SaaS platform by providing strategic and technical inputs for product updates based on your extensive experience in IoT, analytics and cloudbased solutions in smart technology as well as experience with office and residential customers.
Enhance our data model with the integration of static and dynamic data sources in order to provide value to a large set of users such as building owners, managers and occupiers.
Support the development of our network of bestinclass technology suppliers with the goal to establish global distribution partnerships.
Contribute to the growth of Ambio by actively promoting its services and capabilities within the global PATRIZIA network.

_ What we look for:_

Minimum of 10 years' work experience from a similar or related role within the Real Estate Industry. Relevant engineering or business professional qualification would be beneficial.
Demonstrated track record in leading and implementing endtoend smart building technology projects throughout all construction stages.
Proven track record of using data within buildings to create integrated and more efficient environments for people, planet and the business.
Analytical mindset and deep understanding of current technology and market dynamics as well as a strong view on what comes next.
Knowledge of institutional real estate practices and certifications landscape such as EPC, BREEAM, LEED, WELL, NABERS and Smartscore/Wiredscore.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German language a plus.
