Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the General Counsel and Head of Compliance in ensuring the firm remains compliant with the rules and regulations of its UK, US and EU regulators.
- Work with external compliance consultants and undertake the periodic compliance monitoring.
- Undertake annual reviews of the compliance manuals, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain compliance records and electronically file as appropriate.
- Undertake all compliance administration.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years legal and/or Compliance experience from within a similar Financial Services business.
- Degree educated.
- Legally qualified, preferable.
- Dynamic individual with a high level of selfmotivation.
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written.
