*Job Description: · We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely disbursement of payments to employees.
The payroll analyst will also play a key role in maintaining payroll records, assisting with the clearing of Balance sheet accounts and helping with statutory reporting.
This role will report directly to the Snr Payroll Manager EMEA.

*Responsibilities:
*Payroll Processing: · Assist with end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of salaries, wages, and bonuses.

Ensure accuracy in payroll computations and adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
Assist with preparation and checking of month end journals across EMEA and payments for required Taxes

*Compliance: · Stay updated on local tax regulations to ensure payroll compliance.

Implement and enforce policies and procedures to guarantee accurate and legal payroll processing.

*Record Maintenance: · Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, hours worked, and tax withholdings.

Generate and distribute reports for management and auditing purposes.

*Communication and Collaboration: · Collaborate with HR, finance, Legal and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.

Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters and provide timely and accurate information.

*Continuous Improvement: · Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in payroll management.

*Qualifications: · A minimum of 5 years experience in both Payroll & Payroll Accounting across EMEA

Proven experience as a Payroll Analyst or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay:
£21.00-£23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
