This role has day to day operationalresponsibilities for the administration of the account alongsideinvolvement in projects and process improvement to ensure operationalexcellence across the account.
You will work with the OperationsManager and the Senior Account Manager to ensure we have thebest-in-class ways of working and process is at the heart ofeverything we do.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will use your knowledge andexperience to create and feedback on briefs and field activities.
Work at client head office monthly (days to be agreed) andbecome embedded into the client operational ways of working,participating in projects and using excellent operational skills tosuggest and implement ways of working.
Work with the clientleads and recommend ways to resolve queries and brief the field team.Having a curious mind and an appreciation of data accuracy isessential.
Working with third parties to ensure thataccount equipment is purchased/distributed, and asset management iscompleted in support of service delivery, as well as trouble shootingand problem resolution.
Create 'view from the shop floor'report, taking ownership for the content, creation and distribution.Work with various teams across the business on day-to-day troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Attend and actively participate in weeklyclient meetings, using knowledge to inform and update on progressagainst projects.
Work with the client on their DigitalApp launch, helping to train and embed in the field team feeding backon issues with recommendations.
