We are recruiting for an Inside Sales Manager

, on behalf of the world's largest AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) and Manufacturing global technology and service providers, with over 400,000 subscribed customers. They employ over550 employees across 32 offices globally.

Due to progression and continuous growth, they are now looking to recruit an Inside Sales Manager to join their team.

As an Inside Sales Manager
  • Renewals
you will be supporting the sales effort of the company by owning the subscription renewals process, managing the inside sales team/Account management team, setting & reviewing KPIs and achieving gross profit targetsset by the business

Your duties will include Management of the Inside Sales Team and ensuring achievement of KPIs

  • Management of key sales processes and workflows
  • Management of the sales pipeline & preparation of sales reports
  • Assisting Sales with proposals/pricing
  • Supplier and tender management
  • Lead management and coordination with marketing
The successful Inside Sales Manager
  • Renewals
, will have the following skills/experience

  • Experience in managing/leading a sales teams
  • Previous experience within IT sector, preferably within CAD environment
  • Experience in data management and accurate sales forecasting
  • Experience in managing a large renewal pipeline
  • Experience in process ownership and management within a SME or corporate
  • Able to generate and manage own workload and a proven record of meeting profit targets and working to monthly / quarterly sales cycles
