We are seeking an Operations Director for our client's manufacturing plant in the

South West:
To cover all areas of responsibility relating to manufacturing for the site. This person will have full P&L responsibility, managing all relevant departments including; logistics, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
# Manage the value stream, in keeping with production schedules, quality standards, profit, and regulatory requirements.
# Ensure the maintenance and regular improvement of standardized processes.
# Collaborate regularly with various departments to ensure customer expectations are consistently met – liaising directly with customers where necessary.
# Maintain regular communication with the leadership team – regularly preparing and submitting reports relating to manufacturing activities and operating budgets.
# Comply with all relevant regulations.
# Ensure a positive and supportive working culture for all relevant employees

Your profile:
Relevant degree in business, engineering, or an associated field. 3+ years' experience in a similar role with people management responsibility. Demonstrated experience in cost reduction and process improvement. High-level understanding of manufacturing, from equipment, mechanics, and application, and relation to value streams.
